Terms
Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Ravenkeep console, its APIs and SDKs during early access. By creating an organization you accept them on behalf of that organization.
Draft pending legal review. It describes how Ravenkeep processes data today and will be replaced by the reviewed version.
The service
Ravenkeep is provided by BLACK TRENCH STUDIO LTDA, Porto Alegre, Brazil. During early access the service is still being built and may change, gain or lose features without notice. The Free plan costs nothing; paid plans are described under Plans and payments.
Accounts and organizations
You need a work email to sign in. Each organization has owners, admins, agents and viewers; owners and admins manage members, projects and keys. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping your project keys secret.
Your data
Data your product sends to Ravenkeep remains yours. You grant us the permission needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having a legal basis to send it and for informing your customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ravenkeep to send unsolicited email, to process data you have no right to process, to attack or overload the service, or to break the law. Email flows must include the unsubscribe link Ravenkeep adds, and you must honor unsubscribes. Flow emails are sent through the email provider account you connect (today Resend), under your own agreement with that provider: you are responsible for that account and how it is used. Ravenkeep's own address only sends test emails to the operator who asks for them.
SDKs
The SDKs are provided to integrate your product with Ravenkeep. Their public contract and versioning are described in the documentation. Breaking changes are released as major versions.
Availability and early access
Early access comes without a service level commitment. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, and we recommend you do not rely on Ravenkeep as the only copy of any data.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that the organization’s owner buys in the console, at the price shown before confirming: in US dollars, or in Brazilian reais for cards issued in Brazil. Payments are processed by Stripe; the card number is typed into Stripe’s form and never reaches Ravenkeep, which only receives the card’s brand, last four digits, expiry and issuing country. A subscription renews each month until it is canceled and keeps its price while it lasts. An upgrade applies at once and is charged for the rest of the current period; a downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded except as set out under Right of withdrawal. Events and crash events beyond what the plan includes are charged at the overage rates shown in the console, on the next invoice (usually the renewal’s; a separate one when the subscription ends or the renewal invoice was already issued). Overage is not charged for a period cut short by a withdrawal or by the end of the subscription for non-payment, nor when a separate invoice for it would be below the minimum charge of USD 0.50 or BRL 0.50. If a payment of a paid subscription fails (a renewal, or usage past the plan billed on its own invoice), the plan stays active for up to 14 days while the payment is retried; after that the subscription ends and the organization returns to the Free plan and its limits. When an organization returns to the Free plan, for any reason, the projects and members it has above Free’s limits are kept; while it stays above a limit, new projects and invitations are refused once plan limits apply.
Right of withdrawal
Within 7 days of the start of the organization’s first paid subscription, its owner may withdraw from it by writing to the address under Contact below. The first charge is then refunded in full, the subscription ends at once and the organization returns to the Free plan and its limits, as when any paid plan ends: nothing already stored is deleted at once, and the event history beyond Free’s 30 days is kept 30 more days. Usage past the plan in the period in which the subscription is withdrawn is not charged. Outside that window, the rules under Plans and payments apply.
Ending the service
You may stop using Ravenkeep and delete your projects at any time, and cancel a paid plan at any time: it ends with the period already paid (within the first 7 days the owner may instead withdraw, as set out under Right of withdrawal). We may suspend organizations that break these terms, and if early access ends we will give reasonable notice so you can export what you need.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is during early access, and our liability is limited to direct damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law makes non-waivable.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. We may update them; material changes are announced in advance by email to organization owners.
