Plans for each stage of your product
Start on the Free plan with no card. Paid plans add events, seats, projects and a year of history, and while the subscription is paid they bill what you use past them as overage instead of pausing your data.
Prices in US dollars. Cards issued in Brazil pay in Brazilian reais. Your organization's owner buys a plan in the console, under Settings → Plan & usage, which shows the price before confirming.

Past what the plan includes
While the subscription is paid, a paid plan never pauses your data: events past the plan are priced on the month's total, so the price per million drops as you grow, and crash events per thousand. Overage is billed on the next invoice. If a payment stays unpaid past the grace period, the organization returns to the Free plan and its limits.
| Events in the month | Price |
|---|---|
| Up to 50 million | $15 per million events |
| Up to 200 million | $8 per million events |
| Above 200 million | $4 per million events |
| Crash events past the plan | $0.25 per 1,000 crash events |
Free has no overage: past 10,000 events or 1,000 crash events in a month, it pauses them until the next month.
Every plan includes
- The whole console: crashes, ops metrics, support chat, feature requests and campaigns
- Unlimited contacts, conversations, feature requests and flows
- Campaign email through your own Resend account
- The Node and browser SDKs, public on npm, and the MCP server for AI agents
- The Android app for operators, installed directly while it is not on Google Play
- Owner, admin, agent and viewer roles
The same jobs with separate tools
Getting crash tracking, a support chat, feature requests and email flows next to your product's events from separate tools takes two to five of them, depending on the stack. Here are two stacks at list prices for six kinds of products, next to Ravenkeep and your own Resend bill for campaign email: five specialists (PostHog, Sentry, Crisp, Featurebase, Loops) and the fewest tools (PostHog and Featurebase).

- Five specialist tools: PostHog for product analytics, with identified events because Ravenkeep ties every event to a customer; Sentry Team for errors; Crisp for the support chat; Featurebase for feature requests, one seat; Loops for campaigns. Each at its cheapest plan for the profile.
- PostHog + Featurebase, the fewest tools: PostHog for product analytics, its error tracking and its Emails for the campaign emails; Featurebase for the support chat and feature requests, with a seat for every person on your team (its free plan has one seat).
- Your Resend bill assumes Resend's pay-as-you-go (Transactional Overages) is on in your Resend team, which bills emails past the plan at its overage rate; without it, Resend asks you to move to a larger plan.
- On the side project the tools' free plans cost nothing (its contacts fit Crisp's free plan of 100 customer profiles exactly), while Ravenkeep's Free plan stops at 10,000 events a month, so it needs a paid plan.
- Ravenkeep does not do everything these tools do: the table below says what ships today.

What counts as an event?
Each event your product tracks counts, page views included, and each crash occurrence is a crash event. Identify, signup and revenue calls and the support widget's traffic (conversations, messages, feature requests and votes) never count, and they are never dropped for a quota. The leave events that measure time on a page or screen don't count either.
What happens when we reach the plan's limits?
On Free, events past 10,000 a month and crash events past 1,000 pause until the next month, while identify, signup and revenue calls keep working. While the subscription is paid, paid plans never pause: what you use past the plan is billed as overage on the next invoice, at the rates above; if a payment stays unpaid past the grace period, the organization returns to the Free plan and its limits. On every plan, new projects and invitations stop at the plan's limits until the owner moves to a larger plan.
Do plans include email sending?
No. Campaign emails go out through your own Resend account, from your own address: Resend's free plan sends up to 3,000 emails a month, 100 a day, and its paid plans start at $20 a month for 50,000; they bill emails past the plan only with pay-as-you-go turned on in your Resend team. Ravenkeep's own address only sends test emails, each to the person on your team who asks for it. The comparison adds your Resend bill to Ravenkeep's price.
Which currency will we pay in?
The card decides: cards issued in Brazil pay in Brazilian reais, every other card in US dollars. The console first shows the price in the currency of this page; if your card pays in the other one, it shows the price in the card's currency and asks you to confirm again before anything is charged. A subscription keeps its currency while it lasts.
Can we change or cancel a plan?
Yes, in the console under Settings → Plan & usage. A larger plan starts at once and charges the rest of the current period; a smaller plan or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded except under the right of withdrawal.
Can we withdraw and get a refund?
Within 7 days of the start of your organization's first paid subscription, its owner may withdraw from it by writing to hello@ravenkeep.io: the first charge is refunded in full, the subscription ends at once and the organization returns to the Free plan. The Terms of Use set this out under Right of withdrawal.
Who can buy a plan?
Your organization's owner, in the console under Settings → Plan & usage. Admins see the plan, the usage and the invoices; agents and viewers don't see billing.
Is there a trial of the paid plans?
No. The Free plan is the way to try Ravenkeep, with no card and no time limit.
